My Review of the 'British Embassy Manila'.. or You don't make friends with salad..

Hello to any poor soul that has to read this review. My fiancee and I have applied three times now, first for a visitor visa then a marriage visa and finally, another visitor visa, all refused.
The first interaction was in February of 2014, this ECO was helpful and fair, his name was 'Thomas', he outlined the things we needed to correct for our next application, which we did. Our second application, was for a marriage visa, we provided all the relevant information, even providing pictures of the Church and a welcome letter from my family (signed by my whole family) letter from my Landlord, and letter from the priest who was to perform the marriage, I am disabled and so am financially exempt, I merely have to prove I am receipt of more than £120 per week.. when the rejection letter came back, even though as stated I am financially exempt, it made several references to be 'unable to support' my fiancee, also 'she' lacked the belief that my fiancee would return to the Philippines.. I was outraged. the ECO's designation was 'AF', and the tone I assumed was of a woman.

The third application was over a sad matter, my brother Simon had recently died at that time, and he had been looking after me when I was feeling particularly bad with my long term illnesses (which is why I am disabled), we had had two rejection letters so far, and been together for 3 years, I started to suspect this was an 'English vs Scottish' thing and I was proven right.. on our third application it was 'AF' again.. we provided all the relevant information, including a touching letter about my brothers death and how I badly needed ruthy, my fiancee, to look after me for a while.. another rejection, this rejection letter was barefaced hatemail, often citing finances as the problem, is she stupid?? it doesn't matter.. I'm exempt, it's the law! and cheeky comments in reference to REFUSING OUR MARRIAGE VISA, in the two prior letters, Ruthy was always referred to as 'fiancee' and we spoken again like we had the two previous times, that we were engaged..now she kept called Ruthy 'Girlfriend'.. pointing to her nasty little pleasure in refusing our marriage visa.
She enjoyed refusing us.. and here she was reminding us of that.

I assume 'Thomas' was a Labour Civil servant left over from the Labour Government..nice guy, and.. 'AF' a mean spirited English Tory civil servant.. well I prayed to God she burns in hell. (not as a figure of speech; I have done this). The ending of the letter recommended 'you should seriously consider if you want to ever apply to the British Embassy again, as we cannot approve your visa unless you change your circumstances significantly'.. in other words.. don't apply here again. Like I said barefaced hatemail.. it's because I am Scottish. Enough people from around the Kingdom in similar situations as myself get approved, and if they don't; they didn't meet the requirements, which Ruthy and I did in spades. Leaving me with only one logical deduction: because I am Scottish. soo.. should spew some hate back at AF.. I have a blog and have done it there :)

I want to talk about where I fit in politically with the strange current global political landscape. But first let's talk about that particular landscape.

Center-Left is an all encompassing milieu of political ideals, including everyone to be treated fairly, but not just fairly, fringe minorities seem to come to great attention by center-left, while the majority is most definitely overlooked. I'm no racist, Ruthy (my fiancee) is Asian-Latino, I love her very much and hope our children will arrive in good time knowing they will be mixed, this also bolsters their immune system.. I like that. I'm Catholic and don't really care about LGBT rights, I don't want any of these people harmed.. I leave it up to the saints who will 'judge the world'. Do I want Center-Left to further their cause.. not really.

Alt-Right was the nomenclature of the anti-SJW.. but this.. no. Too many of them are racists..

I mean I do think there is predilection in genes for physical and mental capacity.. Scots will *most likely* be at least someway good at basic engineering even if they haven't experienced it before, and the same for many other countries what you find people doing for tens of generations their children will be most likely good at. But for every rule there is one who breaks that rule.

I support independence for Scotland and due to recent uncovering of scandalous transactions by English Tories, I think I may start to support reparations for oil stolen.

I believe feminism has over-run it's course, in the 1980s women got what the men had, the right to equal pay. It's not my fault if they don't take people to court for underpaying them or signing contracts agreeing to lower pay. To any woman reading this in this situation.. either take them to court or be a coward. The second gen feminists who WON you this right were NOT cowards.. how little you have to do but are so weak.

I am disabled, I rely totally on the state to keep me alive, I cannot work, I am in agony for 90% of my day and find it hard to concentrate. BUT even before all this I believed in Socialism.. it sounded the closest to what Lord Jesus said 'if someone wants your shirt from you give them your cloak also' and 'give to the needy'. I liked that.

What does all this mean?

Welp, it means no political side represents me, and I feel that is the heart of the article, that so many are disenfranchised around the world. That NO political ideology represents them, they have been stuck choosing the closest one and going with that.. I feel that's why there is so much conservatist backlash and swing voting globally, people are looking for something different.

You *could* say '70 years of the English Tories being evil to Scotland has coloured your view David' and while I couldn't prove you wrong.. I would be doubtful. Center-Left is the way to go for me.. even if they push their supporters out of the limelight to focus on people I don't really have concern any with..why? because out of:

EVEN if we are all wrong.. we didn't starve and punish anyone. Today I feel the misery of low self respect, due to being owned by the English.. every english voice is shrill to my back as it hunches and tingles to the sound of 'hear me I am your master'.

I am disabled, I cannot go to another country. I *do* appreciate all the hard work the SNP has put in to keep me comfortable and looked after.. in another country this would not be so, or probably would not be so..But I am trapped anyway, and Ruthy cannot come to this country, unless we have independance.

Today for the last two hours off and on I have been daydreaming.. I day dreamed I was a trillionaire and I bought newfoundland (island) from Canada, I called it Caledonia. A new country in which any Scottish person was welcomed, I would have even issued Scottish passports, available for any Scot who wished to leave behind westmonster and 'English'.. few kinks, that many newfoundlanders are actually English and that you can't buy islands that have people already on them.. but no matter it was a daydream.. I wanted to rebuild Scotland there, with most of the towns and all the cities made in perfect replica.. all out of the reach of the evil english.

'An island in the sun' is a way of phrasing your perfect paradise, note my title.. i think you can guess my paradise. Away from the English far far away..

Scotland and it's Monarchy.. in independance reformation of the Scottish Monarchy is a fallacy

I am in a very unique situation, where I am a Catholic and would liked to have seen some restoration of the Scottish Monarchy in an independant Scotland..

However I will dash any hopes of this from the start by explaining this as a fallacy, if it happened once it can happen again, The house of Hanover rules, and will probably be the last house to be seated, because IF we were in an independent Scotland to restore a purely Scottish house, that house would most likely marry into the house of Hanover and we would be back where we started.

I can daydream without harm to others though.. I mean my own clan, 'the Shaws' had *some* problems and we lost our royal seat, would I like to see my clan restored, yes that would be nice, and we DO have the Tordarroch Shaws who carry our banner proudly, and rightly so. But I digress.. I would have liked to have seen the MacDonalds considered as a royal house or restore the Bruces..

Why have a house represent Scotland as Monarch? I am Catholic, and having a king or queen who could be catholic or protestant and pretty much only marry other Celts/Gaels would make me feel great! The English live in England with their Queen.. I actually kind of like her, but it doesn't matter, because she only stands for England, and the rest is just a fantasy, the rest being that she stands for Scotland or any other country.. I mean I think the commonwealth is a great idea, and I feel she's done a great job with it, but she will always be a English Queen sitting on Scottish Throne, not her fault, but she can never shed the ideals of her people, the English, and she HAS to represent those ideals in the embodiment of a person.. Scottish ideals I have found are VERY different than English ideals, our values and loves.. and the way the English treat us is unfair. .. is that a bit vague? okay.. our money is not accepted in England, when I go to England they have this strange look at me behind their eyes, at the very least if it not contempt, it is a knowledge that I am fundamentally different to them. Which is the correct way to think.

I see the SNP fighting and fighting against the English hatred (english tories) without reward of acknowledgement but only scorn from the English people.. and more and ore English move here everyday..it's miserable.

So IF the Queen of England was also the spiritual Queen of Scotland.. she would stand up to Theresa May and tell her she is fired.
