Ash and Yogh not supported on the National Comments Section.. (a complaint to their Webmaster)

I want to draw your webmasters attention to the fact that this 'website' doesn't even support the letters 'ash' and 'yogh'.. what kind of backwards 90s website is this?.. I have been subbed to the National for around 18 months.. and I have complained about this on three separate occasions. This is THE ONLY website that does not support these letters.. *thee only* website. I have not used another website that didn't not support these letters for over two decades. Available everywhere, except where it is needed.. here.. a Scottish website.

What on earth, I am talking about here:

I don't wish the person reading this any ill will.. but I am pretty tired of complaining about this, when we need it now.. not next year.. you are even bringing focus to the Scots language which I commend.. *however*.. making this website some 90s non compatible HTML1 affair; is not cutting it (Windows 95 has an issue where you have to change keyboard for letters to work). I HATE using English when I could be using Scots.. but with a sizeable portion of the letters missing it just looks like jumbled up garbage from someone who does not speak and write in Scots. I tried to comment earlier.. here's that comment*:

(mockit.. meaning dirty covered with mud) Drouȝkyt (drowned).. Gleeȝkyt.. kin bæ used fur burȝh a'naw.. cgh in Scots is ȝ fur yon throaty sounds.. its cawed 'Yogh'  .. thought Ah wid share that wæ the page :).. '

*(which won't show up properly because this website was coded by someone who doesn't believe in different keyboards. fact. I had something more scathing to say.. but the truth has its own beauty)
